McKenzie Branch of ASALH will sponsor a panel discussion on the role Functional Literacy Ministry (FLM) plays in Haiti.  We are honored to present this well designed panel discussion with members of FLM Haiti on the ongoing problems in the oldest Black Republic in the Western Hemisphere.
